01 — About Naltra

About Naltra

What states does Naltra serve?

Naltra is available to patients in 49 states. We do not currently serve California. If you live in a state we don’t serve, you won’t be able to complete the health check.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

Prescriptions are dispensed by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy (rushpharmacy.com). Naltra does not compound, dispense, store or sell prescription medication of any kind.

Who reviews my health check?

Clinical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians through LocumTele, a telehealth provider network (locumtele.org). Naltra does not practise medicine, does not employ the clinicians, and does not influence their prescribing decisions.

Is compounded medication the same as the brand-name versions?

No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. They are not generic versions of brand-name products. Naltra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any brand-name manufacturer.

02 — Your treatment

Your treatment

How does the consultation work?

You complete an online health check covering your medical history, current medications and health goals. A licensed clinician reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, they issue a prescription. If it isn’t, they don’t — and you aren’t charged for medication.

What happens if I’m not eligible?

If a clinician determines treatment isn’t appropriate for you, your consultation fee is refunded in full within 5 business days. You are never charged for medication that isn’t prescribed.

How long does delivery take?

Rush Pharmacy ships within 48 hours of your prescription being filled. Delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel or pause at any time from your account at app.naltra.com. Cancellations take effect from your next billing date, so cancel at least 3 days before renewal to avoid being charged for the following month. Medication already dispensed cannot be returned or refunded under federal law.

What are the risks and side effects?

GLP-1 medications carry risks and are not appropriate for everyone. Side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation, and there are specific conditions that rule out treatment entirely. Your clinician reviews your medical history and will discuss the risks with you before prescribing. If you experience severe or persistent symptoms, contact your clinician or seek medical attention.

How do I contact Naltra?

Email support@naltra.com and we’ll come back to you within 24 business hours. For medical questions about your treatment, message your clinician through your account at app.naltra.com.

Naltra is a technology platform. We do not practise medicine, prescribe, compound or dispense medication. All clinical decisions are made by independent licensed clinicians.
